1. Registration

Registration on the website is free and is done with the freely expressed consent of the client. Ordering products online can only be done after the user has registered on the site. The site can be viewed freely by users, without registration being required. Mandatory fields for user registration are marked with a star symbol. Upon successful completion of registration, the user will receive confirmation by e-mail with a username and password, with which he will be able to access his profile on www.alnet.sk

 

2. Products and product information

By launching the online order on the website, only those products can be purchased, the addition of which to the user's shopping basket is possible according to the way the online store works. All information regarding the goods offered for sale through the online store, the contents of the products, their dimensions, etc. are reproduced by the manufacturer on the product labels. The COMPANY sells goods - handmade products, second-hand clothing and accessories, as well as new products, outlet clothing and accessories, which are  purchased directly from the manufacturer of the goods, and because of this, the COMPANY can guarantee the authenticity or brand of the products.

 

3. Delivery Price

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in EURO and are valid only during the respective promotions, campaigns, discounts

 

THE COMPANY reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to users. The prices of goods displayed on the website are final and include all taxes and duties due, excluding the price for delivery. The delivery price is indicated separately in the order, before the order is confirmed.

The price of the products does not include the delivery price.

Each user can change their data - name and surname, address, telephone, and the change of gender chosen during registration can be requested at any time by accessing MY ACCOUNT.

 

4. Orders

Only Users registered on the site and who have accepted the General Conditions of use of the site can place orders. Once the ordered products are sent, the User will also receive an invoice that will be issued in EURO. The terms for the delivery of the products depend on the Company's partners - companies that provide courier services. Delivery methods and terms can be changed by the Company at any time.

Only unprocessed orders with the same payment method and delivery address can be combined and aggregated. The customer has the possibility to postpone the processing of orders by 6 hours, 1 day or 3 days.

 

The company reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of a technical error when publishing a product. In this case, the sums paid by the User for the products where the technical error occurred will be immediately reimbursed by the Company.

5. Payment

Users can pay for the ordered products by choosing one of the payment options:

 

1) cash on delivery (the courier receives the money after delivery)

 

2) payments through the virtul wallet on the website (the sums from the virtual wallet are collected by return / refusal - with the explicit request from the Client for the return of the amount in the Virtual Wallet or after receiving from the Client a bonus from the promotion)

 

3) via online POS terminal, provided and certified by, via Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or MasterCard.

 

Regardless of the payment method chosen, all payments will be made in EURO. By accepting these general conditions, the User expressly confirms that he agrees to pay the Company, in full, the value of the goods ordered through the online store or in the electronic auction. When the payment is made by cash on delivery, the buyer pays the courier the amount equal to the total amount due including the price of the order and the price of delivery which will be mentioned in the delivery receipt (the one that certifies the delivery of the goods by the courier to the customer), which serves as a receipt. By signing the delivery receipt, the customer authorizes the courier to deliver in his name and on his account to the Company, the amount representing the cost of the delivered products.

 

Any confusion regarding the method of online payment by card will be addressed by the User to the customer relations center of the bank issuing the card. It is important to check with the card-issuing banking unit, if you want to pay by Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card debit card, to find out the rules for using the card code, replacing the CVV2 code.

 

Due to the fact that there are differences in the cost of processing and transporting orders, between the country of delivery and the country where the Company's warehouse is located, the latter reserves the right to decide the prices of the products. Thus, prices may vary in each country where the Company operates.

 

The company issues an electronic invoice (hereinafter referred to as e-invoice), which lists the products ordered, their price and the delivery fee. By accepting these Terms, the User expresses his consent to receive e-invoices through his profile, or by e-mail.

 

The Company does not retain information about customers' credit and debit cards and personal payment accounts. In order to carry out payment actions.

6. Protection of personal data

 

The company processes personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 / EU on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the cancellation of Directive 95/46 / EC. Information about the personal data that the Company will process and the terms and order, in which the natural persons whose personal data is processed, exercise their rights, can be found in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

 

 7. Miscellaneous

  The company undertakes to offer only the products presented on the website. The information presented on the website regarding the design, availability and prices of the products are only valid at the time of their posting on the website. The company reserves the right to modify the content of the website at any time, without prior notification to users. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the terms of use of the site, as well as information on prices, product availability, etc.

 

  The company cannot be held responsible for non-execution of the concluded contract in case of stock exhaustion or unavailability of the product, in case of force majeure, disturbances and total or partial strikes, especially of postal services and means of transport and/or communication. The company will not assume any responsibility for indirect damages resulting from this, operating losses, profit losses, damages or expenses.

 

  Orders placed by persons under the age of 18 must be approved by the parents. In case of accidental collection of a minor's personal data, parents have the ability to oppose their storage and/or transmission to third parties.

 

  If the user has subscribed to the company's newsletter, the Company has the right to send the newsletter to the user at any time. The user can request to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by accessing his user account or using the unsubscribe link he will receive with the newsletter. The consumer can always opt out of receiving it, through his profile page on the website or using the link included in the newsletter, for deletion.

 

  Profiles of Users, who violate the terms of use of the online store, as well as profiles of Users, who use them improperly, can be discovered. For Users, who systematically refuse/unsolicited cash on delivery orders and abuse the given payment method, may be temporarily or permanently restricted from making cash on delivery payments and will only allow electronic payment. For this purpose, it is sufficient to refuse/unsolicit three times the orders, regardless of whether they are consecutive, their amount and the time when they were created. Users who have created orders worth more than 200 EURO and have not picked them up also fall under this restriction.

 

  These General Conditions are valid, for sales of products, to the final beneficiaries, for the purpose of personal use.
